In May of this year I was diagnosed with autism. That was just before my 65th birthday. An ADHD diagnosis followed a month later and I also have dyspraxia. At the end of June I launched a free online blog with listings, news, interviews, reviews and feature articles.
This week has seen me publish a blog totally dedicated to mental health with over 20 writers.
