Neurodiversity in the workplace

I'm posting for exposure.

If you're neurodivergent, or even if you're not, this anonymous research project is exploring what life at work really feels like for people with ADHD, autism and more.

It’s being run independently, not for a company or for clicks, but to spark real change in how workplaces talk about inclusion, burnout, masking, and psychological safety.

It took me around 3 minutes. You don’t have to give your name or any details in fact!

Your insights could genuinely help shape better working cultures for people who are often overlooked or misunderstood. Take the survey here: https://forms.gle/sKEpPcQXamLvbLHTA

Please do share with family, friends and other groups you're in.

Did look at this but it states its no longer acepting responses, TBH I'am very lucky about where I work they are very positive about hiring ND ppl, heck I got the job by going to a work shop I found out about at a work fair that the job centre sent me too.

The workshop I went too was designed for ND ppl a couple of the speakers were ND, at the time I was only diagnosed for the audio processing disorder but work has been very supportive of my getting tested for ADHD and Autisim.
Heck it was work that told me about the pathways scheme.
