Masked hard as **** for many many many decades.
The Au burn cremated me to a crisp (prawn cocktail) 2 and bit years ago.
Found the reason for this huge collapse of EVERYTHING in my life (-minus the house) back late Nov 2025. Diagnosed with Combined ADHD + on RTC WL for ASD (it's a "is the pope catholic?" scenario).
Since then been building Chris 2.0... and very very recently started in the building trade, which after 20+ years in IT, is a breathe of fresh air, physical, variety, structured, see the end result, no corporate *** to adhere to. No interviews. No non-descript, unsaid rules. Its early days. The spring/summer is certainly helping working conditions.
I am highly creative. Played and recorded professionally on well known pop records and movies over the years. Music is my medicine. As is christian worship music.
Bigggest challenge right now?
Exective dys(function) - especially task paralysis when it comes to specific house tasks (tidying/cleaning) and food (procurement, making, heating, cooking, eating)
Biggest lesson so far since ND diagnosis. Find your people. FInding I am collecting alot of ND people naturally as I continue this journey. "You're one of us:"
