I have recently been diagnosed as ASD level 1 at the age of 52. I may have a touch of ADHD, and RSD, my own opinion, not official, after I've been looking into a few things since my diagnosis.
It's difficult to explain how I feel, as apparently I've been subconsciously masking all my life, and suddenly I'm not sure who " Me" is anymore.
