Hi all,
A couple of years ago I was off with stress and part of coming back began a journey of discovering my ND self through coaching, access to work a many assessments. So although undiagnosed I have been assessed to be ND with autistic tendancies.
My wife is in a similar boat but without the assessment, she on the NHS waiting list for AuDHD as a couple of her family have been diagnosed in the last few years.

Both coming to it at in our 30s the last couple of years have been a slog as burnout has hit us and we are having to relearn what used to feel easy.
Any thought I would sign up so I can get some tips from like minded people and hopefully help people with my own experiences.
Cheers

Welcome, it sounds like it’s been a tough couple of years navigating burnout and figuring things out. A lot of people here have found out they are autistic later in life as well, so you’re in good company.

If there’s anything specific you’re trying to work through, people are usually happy to share what’s helped them.

I have a couple of things I’m interested in asking about (sleeping and stimming being the main ones).
Is it best to write a thread for each or search if anyone else has asked similar things?

@Camel is the expert on sleep, if you start a post I'm sure he will respond when he next logs on

I've not seen any post on stimming, but start a post
