Intensions and reflections

Something I’ve started over this week when doing my weekly planning ahead is setting 4 intentions on small post it notes for the week ahead. Example next week I’ve: 3 workouts, turn a cross stitch into a patch, chill in the bath, plan for my rainbows session. Once I’ve done an intension I’ve removed it.

I’m also trying 4 things I’m proud of this week:

This week it’s, I started going to the gym and managed 3 visits, I left the house 5 days in a row, went to the library and returned very overdue books, I set and communicated a boundary with the charity I’m volunteering for.

This is a great way I’m finding to plan and celebrate

Well done. It sounds like you achieved a lot. I didn't plan intentions as such but this week I've done several things I've not been able to do for a long time. I had a gardener around to cut my hedges and drove to the tip on the edge of Exeter. I've not felt able to go in my garden for a long time feeling safer in the house and I've not been to such a busy place since early November before autism was suggested. And today I went to a funeral and helped serve refreshments and mingle. I missed at least 6 funerals last year because it was too much for me socially and I've not been able to mingle for a long time. I'm exhausted tonight, together with a work meeting Wednesday night and last night's excellent but quite emotional support group.
Next week I meet my mentor, and I'll allow myself less pressure. My social battery is not very strong, but it's starting to improve I think.
