I don't generally like podcasts because I get bored of them easily, but there are some that I like listening to when I've got the time. It has to be about something I'm really interested in to keep my attention, so autism podcasts do just the trick.

I really like both The Not Neurotypical Podcasts by Laura Zdan and The Adulting Autistic Podcasts by Tyla Grant.

I don't know if it's just the subjects that catch my attention (currently on an epic historical sewing techniques binge), but I seem to do better with YouTube. Most of the time I'm not looking at the screen so it sort of functions the same as a podcast, but it's like the option to add visual input gives my attention a better anchor point?
