So.... some of you might have noticed, I was on here posting last night... tht is because I spend the night in hospital. I was lousy when I got up, had about an hour in the garden and then went in side. I stood up and had some sort of fit. I explained everything to the Doctors and they said it was heat stroke and sent me packing earlier today.
 
I hope you are doing better now! A heat stroke isn’t something you’d like to mess around with. It might be deceptive because you don’t feel all of the consequences at first. I went through a similar situation a few years ago. I was in the hospital for 2 days. After that, I was sent home but advised to have someone always available nearby in case of any worsening.
