Conclusion

You have completed the Phoenix Mentor course, our most comprehensive mentor course.

Throughout the course there were material presentations, case studies, Q&A and live discussion.

So far we have trained 120 mentors who have successfully mentored on our Tool Up and Pathway programmes.

We usually say ‘trust the process’, you are ready and will be able to make a life changing differense to your mentees by just being there and listening.

The Lerning objectives
