Lesson 6 – Setting goals
This week’s lesson is about setting goals for yourself.
Are you feeling stuck in your life? Do you feel overwhelmed? Is your confidence low sometimes?
Successful people have specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time stamped (SMART) goals and a flexible, but persistent attitude to reach them.
We have invited Tanya Fish, an autistic researcher to run a workshop on setting goals.
You don’t have to set your goals right now in the workshop, but it is a beginning of a reflection.
