This is an autism friendly support programme into jobs run by autistic people for autistic people.
The Job Club is a 12-session program designed to support autistic individuals in preparing for employment and moving closer to securing desired work. Autistic people often face unique barriers in the job market, including inaccessible job descriptions, navigating interviews, communication challenges, and understanding workplace expectations. Through practical workshops, group discussions, and some personalized guidance, participants will build essential skills such as CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace communication. The program also focuses on strategies to overcome common employment obstacles, boost confidence, and foster an understanding of individual strengths, helping participants take crucial steps towards achieving their career goals.
We will meet online twice a week to talk about job search related topics and help autistic people to move closer to employment.
The course includes 12 lessons with online talks and 12 sessions of group discussion and guidance.
