In a support group people usually talk about a particular topic relevant to the experience of being autistic. The discussion is facilitated by the hosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to have your camera on during a meeting, although it is nicer for other participants if we could see each-other at least for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to speak during the meeting, although it could be beneficial for your confidence if you do. You can switch on or off your microphone and\/or camera.
