I got diagnosed with ADHD and Autism back in 2021 I heard about this spacet through Devon Price's Unmasking Autism, which I LOVED, even though I cannot make head nor tail of the exercises, like WHEN did I feel completely free, errm sir I don't know if I have ever felt this feeling lol
